We are excited to share our Taekwon-Do Program for Teenagers and Adults with you.  The instructors with over 30 years of experience have taken all the elements which are important to YOU and done our best to bring you a great program.

CLASSES RUN MONDAY TO FRIDAY

From 7:30 to 9:00 PM

We are here to help you engage in a more active and healthy lifestyle while learning self-defense and having a great time.  Our adults classes are 90 minutes long and will push you to a new limits you did not know were possible.  Here are some additional things you will discover:

Our Harmony Program for Adults and Seniors is a relatively new program.  This class is a 60 minute program offered 2-days per week for adults with chronic pain or seniors over 50 years old.  The goal is to bring you as much of this amazing martial art with almost no risk of injury.


Here are some of the exercises you would perform in this class:


  • Dynamic leg stretching
  • Light impact cardio with proper breathing techniques
  • Fundamental Movements and focus on forms
  • More frequent breaks for water and recovery
